Our Story
Founded in 2012 and located in Germiston, Gauteng, MEL International School began as a preschool and has grown into a full-spectrum institution serving early years, primary, high school and boarding learners. The Citizen+2School and College Listings+2
Registered with the Department of Education, we combine the rigour of the CAPS programme with a dynamic and student-centred approach. Ratings for Schools+1
Over the years, we have grown in scale, refined our teaching practices and built a reputation for welcoming diverse learners and guiding them toward success.
Our Mission
At M.E.L International School our mission is to provide a dynamic, integrated curriculum in an engaging, experiential environment that nurtures and builds upon each child`s natural curiosity and the love of learning.
We focus more on the individual student`s needs rather than assuming all students are at the same level of understanding. Our modern way of teaching is more activity based, using questioning, explaining, demonstration and collaboration techniques that help our students reach personal excellence.
